Established in 1955 originally as a supplier of hessian sacks serving the potato growing industry, SG Baker has expanded and diversified and now operates from two UK sites, Angus, Scotland and Grantham, Lincolnshire.

SG Baker are a leading European supplier of top quality specialist industrial and agricultural packaging all produced to the highest quality standards. Working with selected overseas manufacturers who share our commitment to quality and innovation we pride ourselves on the strength of our supply chain.

In April 2005, SG Baker acquired John Lee (Sacks) Ltd, a long established packaging company with an excellent reputation throughout the UK. John Lee are stockists of a large range of sacks and bags and share our commitment to product quality, innovation and customer service. The acquisition brings together over 100 years packaging experience and we are confident that it will result in even higher standards of product quality and customer service

A financially strong company with ISO 9001 certified quality systems, our philosophy is to work with customers and using our skill base, develop bespoke solutions to their packaging requirements.
