We
developed an innovative hook attachment for
the Royal Mail and we are exclusive suppliers
of 100% of their mailbag requirements.
These bags are typically loaded to maximum 11kg, however to give the bag a long life and allow for shock loading, each attachment has been independently tested to withstand a force of 30kg
To give the bag a long life the fabric was also developed to specific performance criteria covering tensile strength and abrasion resistance
Swiss Post required a method of holding the mouth open and we developed the rope in top hem solution to give the mouth the required stiffness but yet still allow the bag to be easily closed.
